Although ICP are I believe building a good business base with a very professional plan it is in a very ordinary environment. Under different circumstances the stock would be more likely north of 10 cents at least. What people will probably do is wait until there is positive cashflow and actually be happier to buy at perhaps 20 cents than here - let's face it the majority are very pessimistic, and more than likely shorter of cash than even 6 months ago.
