The site I have my eye on is zoned as 'mixed use', which would suit my business purposes. Already I have learnt on this thread that commercial property in other states 'has tanked'.
Here in Adelaide I don't think that our inner city suburbs are going to be hit as hard as our outer suburbs in relation to residential property. I am seeing some desolate strips of commercial property though. Once again I am looking at commercial property with good off road parking and long term potential. The council area I live in is known as being one of the toughest and have just knocked back a development as the streetscape didn't comply.
