Thanks for your response. The research I have done so far definitely highlights the advantages of investing in the rental property market.
However I am aware of a number of families who have made much of their wealth from commercial property. I have compared the demographics of a number of local councils and the data highlights the potential and opportunity that exists for my target group. I would view the commercial property as a long term investment for return.
