So this contains a lot of what you need to know about a working, operating graphite mine and it's connection to value adding and even using this value added graphite in it's own high tech productions.

AMG is the "boutique' of the Traditional Trading Houses. The Big Three Imerys, Asburys and Superior are probably bigger.
Another group SGL is probably on a par with AMG but whereas AMG produce ALL their graphite in house whereas the others do a fair percentage of volume trading, middleman operations: SGL may deal ONLY in Buying raw graphite to process, no mines of it's own so Anyway I'm using GK as a model for the new graphite mines to compare themselves against
Especially if they have the proposal to process and separate production into various flake and grade for various end users.
VXL Valence Resources proposes this. As does that wily Archer AXE and of course a few others ASX and TSE have the idea of supplying the stormcrow basket across several end users
However this system of split production is not universal. MOU's and Binding Offtakes for some MNS and KNL seem to be for Run of Production. One Customer takes ALL. The SYRian "Offtakes" can be argued as being also Run of Production rather than separate specified but I'll try and go into that later if/when @mainholm wants me to clarify it.
