investing in mining

I am not sure who posted that companies need a certain number of investors? Are you referring to the listing rules condition 7(a) or (b). That states a number of shareholders are required to list a company, but where are you getting the idea they need X amount shareholders ongoing? I am not a ECM expert but please post the link from the ASX site thanks =). If you are unsure why post it?

I hope everyone has learned the risk of investing in mining companies. Finding a deposit doesn't ensure success, mining it profitably is the end game. GBG might still get there but that is the key risk (cash flow positive). Being cash flow positive is influenced by macro and company specific factors.
