Cosserat yes you ar missing something. LNC last year announced the sale of its Emeragld tenements to a Chinese company for 1.5 billion, which values it at almost twice the current share price.

The final aspects of that sale are being explored and an announcement is due between now and 20 April 2009.

It is thought that the sale will proceed, but probably for a lesser price. Needless to say, even if the sale is for, say, 800 mil, then LNX is substantilly undervalued, because the sale will equal the market price meaning there is no value ascribed for its remaining assets which are substantial.

Anyway, this is a CXY thread and I only comment because you raised the issue. CXY is also an excellent company, as is CNX. There are, in short, various bandwagons on which to jump.
