Consensus on forums is that the BoD repeatedly raised but achieved nothing with the funds other than the decimation of the share price so were then forced to give away assets such as Elizabeth Hill. Highly speculative investment. Do your own reseach - dig deep into those relationships. Nonetheless, I still believe in the assets.
