I was actually thinking yesterday a completely mad idea that would work better for both UFO/WCE ..

Is, have the 50mill WCE. T/O. >>> the 16mill UFO .. which is crazy as WCE would still be a nano cap if it wasn't for UFO handing over 70% of Lizhill ...

But what it would do is put the great set of assets under the one company and listing on the much more favourable ASX than AIM ..

Could be done for Scrip ..do a deal that values UFO at say A$25mill... so many bitter stale UK holders I'm sure they would jump at the offer to secure WCE shares

Overall, companies' value would blow past A$100mill towards 200mill+

As we know the Insto/soph and retailers love the Lizhill high-grade Silver story when needed 15-20mill funding could be secured to drive Lizhill into production ...I'm sure being a 100m-200m cap would be much easier to secure the Radio Hill plant and become a Silver producer 2027-28 onwards pumping out 2-3Moz+ Ag pa (EBIT= $50-$75mill+ pa) and in time with more capital see how munni munni could come into the production making a PGM concentrate to export from the local port just up the highway
+ more capital, less admin/mgmt costs
