I've taken the fact they will contribute the 40% to development into account.
Note - this will be for further development down the track.
I've used $300 mill as the surplus even though the company mentioned a $350 mill surplus.
So I didnt include the $50 mill which can be used immediately .. if needed.
Dont forget the $24 million earned interest per annum can also be used to fund development down the track.
So the $300 mill can be left intact (in theory) earning interest .. a nice ongoing cash position equating closely to AED's current market cap.
