    But preceding all this IS section 601FC with these sentences among its subsections:
    "Responsible Entity must act in the best intersests of unitholders"
    and " Where interests of RE conflict with those of unitholders, interests of unitholders must prevail".

    The crux of my campaign so far.
    Any reactions to my lengthy post of earlier today?
