The report was extremely positive looking at battery / EV / impact on traditional electricity supply etc. There was really nothing negative.
Its goal appears to be to get majors in. This is what has been missing from the space as people have disregarded it due to a lack of knowledge. 179 pages brings you pretty much up to speed
My view is the report is to build interest in the sector and for DB to facilitate transactions. The other IBs will not want to miss out....
