Like most people involved in this every thing is only a guess, my guess was we were being turned over and I sold at 53c and at a small profit (a bit better than bank interest) when you get your PCLO shares (exchanged at 0.0775, that is for every 100000 CPH shares you get 7750 PCLO shares) who is going to buy your PCLO shares for over $7.00 when they are now sitting at $5.00 odd. My guess is no one. You only get shares in PCLO no money.
