Hi Zoni the offer is 0.630 cph and pclo was 7.75 but if the prices change between now and when the offer is accepted then that will be the price strike EXAMPLE at the very moment pclo is trading at 5.18 which makes cph shares worth approx 0.40 so if the deal was approved today that's would be the price you would get
but if you look at how they have structured the deal we still get the same amount of pclo shares at 0.63-7.75 as we would at cph 0.40 pclo 5.18 if that makes sense to you.
