Well laid out Hoosh - one last thing that impacts underground viability is what the geological make-up of the area is. By that I mean composition - companies like CitiGold Corp up at Charters Towers (a horrendous story in typical small cap shady gold behaviour - makes a good read on Hot Copper if you have time) may NEVER mine because amongst other things, the surrounds are granite and it just isn't viable using today's tech at today's gold price (plus numerous other shady reasons). My understanding is none of the CST tenements have this issue.
