As much as I agree that CST is still a speculative stock, it's less than most.
There's a whole range of different situations falling under the speculative term "umbrella" with each their own speculative level.
There's plenty of Micro-caps on the ASX with very little cash backing, unproven management and greenfield nearology plays not based on much.
I believe it's rather unfair that CST falls under the same category despite ample cash reserves, an existing high-grade resource and management coming from a billion dollar company.
