Shady directors don't want to attract the attention of ASIC (as useless as they are) so the preferred business model is to grind along below the radar where they can pretend they're making every effort rather than explain why they sold their shares at the top of a massive pump. For some, these penny stocks are the grift that keeps on grifting. Which, just to be clear, is what CST is NOT!
