    the 'business model' you describe is EXACTLY what the muppets at Citigold up there in Charters Towers have done. When the owner's $600k salary is at risk due to low funds, they do a dilution funding raise - been bleeding investors dry for over 18 years with no gold mining ever done to date - but they have a FANTASTIC looking website, and do really good cut and paste annual reports. He should be in jail really. Original share price - over 85c. Today - 0.05c
