Thanks all - appreciate the views of all and will also look into DDR as I also haven't heard of. I too am looking for yield stocks and outside of my Super and hold a range of stocks incl WAM, WAX, MOGL, A2M, CSR, BOQ some goldies (NST, SAR, RRL), and a few speccies. Whether right or wrong I would rather hold a variety of shares, ETFS etc and trying to build my portfolio outside of Super (cant add any more to it for 3 years due to limits of non concessional contribs) and no longer working so need to live off my investments. so suggestions welcome for my research - I have only been in stock market for 3 years - not doing too badly so far.
