c'mon phishpheet linking this to Monark's comment about the AGM prsentation is pretty weak, maybe you're trying to pick up some cheap shares.

IIN is used to taking on big ugly goliath's and winning. Maybe someone should tell these yank film companies that frivolous law suits don't fly in the land downunder.

There would have been plenty insiders already in the know about this prior to the announcement's release after market close yet IIN's SP was down only 1.7% for the day compared to 4.3% for the all ords. Sure there will be a few tools bail out on Friday, but then hopefully IIN can come out swinging at Monday's AGM, announce a big profit upgrade and burn said tools :)

AMM's IIN investment makes up less than a third of its assets as at 30 June 2008. As I've already said I like the IIN business but prefer to get my exposure through AMM as this helps to diversify risk.
