don't worry furps.... I'm with on the govt atm. they're really starting to look quite incompetent.
the money would be far better invested in pumped hydro to give us some real baseload energy.
sure the first 2 have had/are having significant problems. the Snowy through sheer incompetence. but engineering is watching the work and learning to do them better. 37 suitable sites according to a primo engineering mag. get these going and we won't need coal gas or nuclear.
picking winners though is a real problem with every govt. recall the number of times this was a complaint against the Howard govts? Rudd and Gillard, Abbott and every mob in charge for decades. try and stop it king Cnut (not you furps). even Caligula had better luck when he stole Neptune's sea shells.
the lesson? you can't stop madmen or politicians doing stupid things.
