I came across an article that may be of interest to those with a position in ATI. The article in question is in the Sept/Oct 2009 edition of Resource Stocks magazine & refers to the level of risk associated with mining investment in Vietnam generally.

Essentially the article makes reference to the risk level associated with Vietnam in terms of resource investment & the extent that Vietnamese regulatory authorities are makes changes to promote more mining investment etc, etc.
