I have always been a fan of the management. During the Feb/March panic and the uncertainty that rocked the world, I was cheering management for holding cash.
That said, I agree with PCTrader that at least some of the cash could have been utilised for share buy backs at rock bottom prices. Perhaps the reason why they didn't do that was when the probability for success to restart the mine wasn't guaranteed and hence holding cash to be cautious.
