There are so many better investment properties out there, so i wouldn't be buying as far out as Traralgon. Perhaps your in the area so its comfortable for you as you know the area. Property investment purchases should be unemotional. What you need in an investment property is high increase in capital value with a strong rental return. Cant see either of those in that area.
