Agree if thinking of setting up a smsf, accountant first, then u will need a fin planner to kick off with the statement of advice ,that alone can be 3-6k. I'd be wanting a serious return to go down that Rd, it wouldn't just be a std rental in my opinion.
plenty of options out there to think about, best bit is you have your eyes and ears open and looking for opportunities, there's half the battle.
