Good question and very much debatable which is why i left it in. In running this past a couple of other investors on a personal basis i got differing opinions so this is an opportunity for others to put forward their views. One of the facts that influenced me was that i have not tried to 2nd guess what may be coming from the DOE in the way of forward commitments and funding and how that may affect the figures. They are a start though and something for us to collectively work on, bearing in mind that it is still all very speculative at this stage but getting closer to reality.
