GLO weren't the only ones that were caught short with the U.S decision on internet gambling - in fact just about everybody was and the only way that the Republicans were able to get it through congress was to tie that legistlation into a combined anti - terror law .
I'm a little confused about your claim JUM had been 10c - as far as I c an remember it has never been 10 cents , it did peak at an intra-day high of 9 cents very briefly earlier this year but I'm not even sure that it has ever closed at over 8 cents although i can be wrong .
Global has copped a pounding after that change in US legislation but they have in fact almost doubled to close to 6 cents over the last couple of weeks so once again I'm confused with the 10 c - 2 c to nil statement ?
