well its been relatively high volumes and achieved a new high of 12 in the last couple of days. Dont expect any tax selling as it was much lower this time last year (around 5 cents). Id say that the increase is probably due to the good news associated with the most recent update in particular the increased NTA.
Its either that or someone is accumulating given that ING are most likely looking to offload this business....
