1) CP will always blame the Labor party eg carbon tax, mining tax etc, but NEVER himself (eg his massive royalties)

2) CP's share placement (to pay down debt & give working capital to pay directors also work for Mineralogy) is decided by other holders... he does not get to vote; last time was very close

3) If continue no JV partner, more share placements by CP ONLY (ie no capital raising for everyone)... more dilution for you especially at lower prices (last share placement was around 30c)
