A few years ago, I already said the same thing. CP's reputation in China is shocking after what happen to CITIC. IMO ARH will never get any money from Chinese nor will any CP's other projects. CP's looking at Russians or Indians who don't know about him.
In Chinese culture, if you ripe off one... people will talk and you'll never get any money after that.
CP is after CTP (Central Petroleum)... another massive royalty scheme. Funny CP tried to block share placement on CTP (failed court action), but gets share placement in ARH diluting ARH holders. Why not do a complete capital raising fair for all holders?
CP needs to repair his reputation... eg by give CITIC 3bT of iron ore 100% free in exchange for investment in ARH's project. Just IMO.
