If people are expecting revenue within months then they have completely misunderstood what the company is doing. Maybe AXE needs to explain better....And also don't understand why Mo says revenue is a lagging indicator. When it comes to share price, it should spike just about when everyone recognises value and growth potential....which is typically well before tech companies start the first revenues....with said revenue first being a slow trickle with what I consider to be an old legacy business model for the old and entrenched semiconductor industry. Anyone who follows brainchip will know what I mean when it comes to customers and revenue not lighting any fires. This is why I am waiting to catch one of those initial waves of everyone wanting to jump on what AXE has to offer. When 'quantum' is a thing like 'esg' is and funds suddenly need exposure to it. Then again, we would ideally want to catch that sweet spot just before we get into the notorious asx 300 and asx 200 for shorters to start their routines lol. As I always say, Timing!!
Timing might also be better for AXE if the 12CQ matures a few years from now when the old semiconductor industry loses its edge and is looking for new architecture chips. The quantum way! Trying to slot into CMOS and look for big scale up in volume is Mo's current plan and it is the only way available currently for a path to revenue, but quantum processors will also one day be made differently. The bio chip is more suited to the current industry production line. Looks like AXE is targeting 2 uses - mobile health accessible to many and enhancing the value of genetic material databases for research. But we still have no indication as to how imminent the bio chip is to being market ready.
As for valuation, I think there is a huge disconnect between share price and value and isn't that what we want..for now. Mo keeps pointing out the 1Billion dollar tech facilities. This is absolutely the bottom line valuation in my opinion. Add to that the years of work that produce breakthroughs every other month. Of course unlocking this value is the CEO's job and we all have to make an assessment of how well that's going. There is always the risk that my idea of getting to around $15 won't pan out as I expect. But it might, just might spike there at some point when people do some research, do some math and pile in for a short while.
Beyond the initial spike in SP, NVIDIA-like dizzy valuations will only happen when every large business wants quantum processors. When that day will come is anyone's guess and I hope AXE has by then positioned itself well.
AIMO, DYOR. Good luck all.
