    14th August 1st paragraph.
    It says indicative offers from these parties by 31st August and FARM OUT expected to be concluded by 30th September. Concluded means over and done with IMO.
    Therefore its my guess that the ann could happen at any time and people speculating the ups and downs could miss out big time.
