Shell ownes 34% of Woodside, so yes, but there are more players. Here in the Netherlands we expect a significant move tomorrow.
The future looks bright. Also the shortterm predictions of ASCI are right so far. I expect the mid-long term prediction to be right too. (1.90- 2.80 ASD)
