Thanks Viney, very useful notes also very encouraging.

I would not be suprised if RF&B appeal, they have staked the house on this (or rather other people's houses) and seem hell bent on going all the way they can in the courts. However I also feel that once we are through the environmental court we have broken the back of RF&B's challenges. I presume they would have to get leave to appeal, and only then on a legal issue, but perhaps I have gotten that wrong. Either way we are inching ever closer to the finsih line. We just have to try to forget the SP in the meantime
