Australian market will take a while in my opinion , no good HX...

Australian market will take a while in my opinion , no good HX building a whole street of structures if the structures will take 3.5 plus years to finish ! This is the problem here not enough trades especially bricklayers, plasterers , roof carpenters , roof plumbers it’s the external trades Australian is battling with as more and more are choosing other profession which pay more and are not as demanding on the body , and then there are builders not paying their trades or going bust , word spreads fast in Australian with only 23 million people the population of Florida . Along with that the Government are absolutely useless instead of addressing issues their answer is to create a false economic by bringing in millions of immigrants! Where are they going to live ? We are already struggling with housing , cost of living, health sector overload etc etc .
