Ok.. so what I took away from the call (if I am wrong on any matters can someone correct me if they were on the call):
1. They are desperate to push forward with their other products in the pipeline and will make a release in the near future (of course no commitment as to what date) as to their progress
Tried to put further positive spin on Lenzetto being sold now in Europe (approved in 24 but currently being sold in 9)
2. The court challenge will take up to 12 months
3. CEO would not comment of what Axiron sales may end up being should generics hit the market
4. CEO had no idea when generics would hit the market
5. CFO would not give any indication of the increase in revenue from other products
Most importantly, CEO did not sound overly convincing on phone that Eli Lily would win the case.
