Howdy boys,
I listened to the presentation in the cc, overall good and happy.
It was a general going over of what's happened so far with regulatory authorities,
some excuses implied by saying it's a long process etc..... blah blah.
One interesting fact, they have been signing MOU's about potential offtakes but have declined to announce them.
Hmm, I would have thought that's material to our sp and come under the continuous disclosure rules.
No real excuse given as to why they've sat on those? Maybe you'll be able to get a better idea by reading transcript or listening over to the cc.
One thing that really pissed me off and showed how we should NOT rely on media for info was, our company reps gave the blurb as stated above including talking about the forwarding of the construction agreement to Nov 17, and some c.....n from a news organised asked when was the contract/mou with that contractor going to be changed from Dec16. Der. Unfortunately I had to dash off during the reply to that drivel question!
Unfortunately I didn't/wasn't in a position to ask a question.
I would have asked why are the potential OFFTAKE MOU's not being advised to market?
Personally I feel this is exactly what we want as investors! Yes/No?
Sorry for the ppp but I'm short on time today.
