Kwai, Occam et al - thanks for your strong view posts. I find them useful in forming my own view. i don't give a rat's that you don't agree with each other.

My 2 cents......the emotion is fine - the art of all this is in making rational decisions despite the emotional turmoil that comes from the market ups and downs.

And lastly...I think it is absolute BS to conclude that every time someone has an unsubstantiated view or a view different to your own or perhaps even just an emotional point of view that it is done with some hidden "ramping" agenda. I am sure some do try to play that ramping game but let's be real the ultimate market impact is surely inconsequential and generally I suspect it does nothing other than fuel egos and allow some people to justify in their own minds why they hold a certain position. Let them have their view and if you think its crap be an adult and ignore it.

Sometimes people just want to let off steam and these forums can be a useful place to do so in the lonely antisocial world of the markets. Sometimes even just knowing that someone else is feeling the same frustration makes one feel sane!

Cut the crap. I call for a 24 hour amnesty on ramping accusations. I am over them.
