if LithiumCo was to have a targeted $200m market cap.
approx 820m FFX shares at a 1 LithiumCo to 8 FFX shares
= 102m shares
cap raise 48m shares @ say, $1 a share
200m market cap, 150m shares on register (I feel like we want to keep share register equal to or >150m shares) including $48m (minus expenses) = list price of $1.30 per-share.
That includes asset of a “free partner built plant” and 40% of an asset we don’t have to run.... if the gold is screaming value, the lithium sure is. (Minimal employees/ management/ costs low)
$48m (minus costs) to hunt/ acquire more land/ projects... that is far more capital than your average junior explore to go out looking, all the while 40% of a tier 1 lithium churning away at one of the lowest costs in the world ....
This is blowing my mind, please someone jump in here... surely I’m off with my numbers here, someone please correct me!
The variable would be if FFX wishes to keep a substantial holding in LithiumCo
