well you are changing mine a bit, I was talking about a market cap of 200m Inclusive of issued free shares and cap raise (approx $48m minus expenses).

150m total issued shares for a combined market capital of $200m. Not 100m shares for $200m market cap plus cap raise.

$1 per cap raise share would be issued at a discount.

but I’m just making a theoretical basement floor of how the deal may be stretched and what could be expect, if you would rather go with your numbers or mystikal’s no problem, I just like setting expectations low.... and that’s what I’m getting at, $1.3 with a 1/8 share placement, a backseat of a 40% $2billion with expenses essentially paid for and probably around $40m sounds like a bargain.
