It is highly unlikely that the Diasource vendors will convert their entitlement for interest and or capital into shares because the floor price for the conversion is 15 cents per ADO share as per the terms of the agreement. Why would they convert at 15 cents when they can buy almost 4 times as many shares with the cash they are entitled with each half yearly instalment.

The conversion price will be
based on a 20% discount to the 30 day VWAP prior to election (with an agreed
floor conversion price of $0.15 per share).
