There are many more like NKP out there and the dammage to SA mining industry has allready started.
SA government will be very stupid if they allow these rights issues to wipe out NKP and its international investments. Genorah on the other hand has grown out of the SA mining rights mess so I do not see that there will be many that will care to much if they lose out.
The more I read the more I feel that the Con. Court decision was in part an attack on the whole mining rights saga and is now aimed at forcing speedy legislation to solve the mess.
Note that the mess re old and new order rights is also under the spotlight.
