End of October may be the make or break for WRG. I do think Brian is working very hard to do all he can to make this come together. I am holding, knowing full well of the risks. I will be surprised if the the placement comes through and is not followed by a contract within days. But the questions is will it all come together within the next 30 days. To me it looks like it all comes down to the Morocco contract.
As far as I can see it is 50/50, so I am undecided whether I should buy more at these low prices.
