    It will be interesting as I believe he has about $300k in CON Notes and with his dump the past few days I'm guessing his got $500-$600k of the about $1mill he needs for the sub-underwriting. The other sub-underwriters won't be happy and Novus played the smart card to not take any of this.....What would happen if sub-underwriters reneg on the money.....who does GGP sue Novus and or the sub-underwriters?
