We aren't concerned about a lack of IP protection. The work will actually be undertaken in the US, by one of the Arthur Group's companys (Praxgen; https://praxgen.com/). In addition to existing patent protection on a range of formulaions encompassing TPM, we still control the manufacturing and are the only commercially available source of TPM.
Regardless, we've done our due diligence on the people behind the Arthur Group with peers in the space who currently commercialise some of their products. We have heard nothing but good things.
