Wheb S##t happens with an investment that is outside the control of the company operating in a semi-lawless country far too many investors look for a chance to blame someone else rather than face up to the fact that WE took a major risk by investing in the S##t hole called Mali.

There are countries in Africa where the laws are followed quite well. Mali is NOT one of them.
