    surely you realize that everyone working for LLL will receive what they are entitled to in their contract, the board don't need permission from shareholders to fulfill employment contracts. these resolutions are to give the board permission to give KMP and board members additional entitlements, my understanding is that this will be 1-2 years of their yearly salary

    this in my opinion is to make up for the fact that their "performance" shares are unable to vest

    did you even read the resolutions?
