Is risk off everywhere today. Have a look at RFE, first well drilled and showing signs of striking oil and because of one seller share off 5% on the news......there is good buying to be had in these markets when you have the cash to invest...many others doing this on borrowed money and when times get tough no matter how cheap things get they have to continue selling. I agree, great buying to be had here
