i can't tell you where it is exactly, but i remember reading an article (probably on this site), that said the cameroon gov were looking at building a huge sea port ,for more than just iron ore shipments, that was going to be ready in 2012. From memory the chinese were interested in investing in this.

i wouldn't get too uptight about it just yet. just means that sdl won't have to build the sea port, which is more of a positive than a negative.
