Yes - Unfortunately. But I personally think it will move faster now that they have a dedicated Executive. Up-to-now we have had a group of directors all with greater stakes and responsibilities in other corporations.

Note that according to PotashCorp [link] the average Greenfield Potash project takes 5-7ys to reach production.
