My reading of that is that its completely up to GMM whether they want GXY to be involved. I could be wrong.

Probably irrelevant though...no doubt they 'will' get GX involved since GMM is such a small company (at the moment). Such a project would cost HEAPS of money to get to BFS stage, so it would be great to have to spend bugger all and have 20% free carried. These projects can be massive...so that would be substantial upside in SP. They probably couldnt go it alone.

So would be a great move imo...SP goes up...they do a cap raising at higher price...then start finding their wn projects with no need for another company to foot the bill.

Great little company with great management. I'm in from IPO and have no intention to exit.
